Before arriving at the Pavones Yoga Center I didn’t know what to expect from a Multidimensional Yoga Teacher Training, and through going I have learned
that Indira has created a space where many magical mysteries are presented for one to discover through the unique teaching opportunities that are presented
ever day. For this experience I am forever grateful.
Yin yoga was one of the practices I had not gotten into before going to Pavones—and what a place to begin this practice!! The space is so sacred and holds such loving, protective energy. It allowed me to fully release and feel supported in letting go. It invited in a flow of freeing spaciousness in my body.
At Pavones Yoga Center I learned how to really connect with my body, to tune into sensation and feelings that I have neglected. I learned to pause and feel through something rather than react. Yin yoga is the practice of allowing that blissful silence to float through your body.
As I surrendered to each moment I learned to allow waterfalls of wisdom to be created. I felt rocks or blockages move out of the way. My time in Costa Rica has had the physical effect of nourishing my soul. This was a spiritual parallel to the way my connective tissues were nourished through a deeply challenging practice of yin yoga. It has taught me what fluidity feels like as I tune into the freedom of the flow, letting go, and feeling and breathing through the moments.
